Sofia is a convenient spot for a VPS if your project's audience is in the Balkans, Turkey, or Southeastern Europe. About the Telepoint Data Center
Servers are housed in the Telepoint data center, a TIER III facility in Sofia and one of Bulgaria's main hosting sites. Power, cooling, and network infrastructure are redundant, the facility is under engineering monitoring, and physical access is controlled.
