Stability
Stability is always a good thing. For any system to run stably, it’s better not to change it—but without changes, there are no improvements. That’s why it is very important to find a balance between new technologies and proven stable solutions.
We are pleased to introduce our new website, based on previous principles, yet completely new.
What’s New?
Server Plans
We analyzed inquiries from potential customers to our sales department and realized that most of them ask the same questions. That’s why in the list of plans we now highlight short points that immediately answer the majority of questions. In addition, you can now see how much you save if you pay for a server long-term. Also, on the main page all plans are displayed together without extra clicks, both for virtual and dedicated servers.
Why Us?
We removed meaningless slogans about the lowest prices, best hardware, and so on from the main page. Nobody reads them anyway :) Instead, we show short videos demonstrating the convenient interface of our server management panel. We believe this directly answers the question “Why XServer?”, since we develop our dashboard in-house and implement many features useful to customers, so you won’t find anything like it anywhere else.
Reviews
This is our least favorite section. Mainly because customers usually leave negative feedback, and when they’re satisfied, they remain silent :) On top of that, some hosting providers write fake reviews for themselves. But we came up with a very interesting idea: instead of traditional reviews, we publish quotes from our clients when they contact support, receive quick qualified help, and can’t hold back their positive emotions :)
Mobile Version
The previous generation of the xserver.ua site was developed quite a while ago, at a time when most developers ignored mobile versions, and so did we. But time has proven otherwise, and in recent years mobile traffic has surpassed desktop. Our new dashboard, and later the xserver.cloud site, immediately supported mobile devices — and now it’s time for xserver.ua!
Geographical Cluster
Currently, the site operates on three nodes located in different countries. Therefore, even in emergency situations, you will always be able to open the site and contact us. In the future, depending on where you are located, the site will be served by the closest cluster node to you.
What’s Next?
Since the new site is already running in production, we will now focus our efforts on other goals announced before New Year’s. Namely, upgrading the virtualization cluster and developing version 4 of our dashboard. There will be much more exciting stuff—we are sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised by what we are keeping secret for now ;)
