New XServer Cloud Personal Account!

Finally, it’s here!
The development took a tremendous amount of time — with several long pauses along the way, more than 2 years were spent. The code was written completely from scratch, using different programming languages and new technologies. Nevertheless, the structure and design of the user interface haven’t undergone major changes, aside from countless small improvements.
Meet the New XServer Cloud Dashboard!
Among the global changes are multilingual support and responsive design. Now the interface not only looks great, but is also highly convenient for mobile devices. Almost everything has been improved, so we’ll only mention the most important aspects.
Authentication
At first glance, the login, password reset, and registration forms look the same. However, there is one major innovation — two-factor authentication. This feature significantly increases account security and can be enabled in settings. In addition, password brute-force protection has been implemented.
Ordering New Services
This step-by-step wizard has been simplified to a single page, where a new server can be paid for immediately. Choosing a payment method is now more intuitive. After payment, you are taken directly to the OS installation page.
OS Installation
In addition to a more convenient OS selection, you can now automatically install additional software (the list will be expanded over time). You can also choose the primary IP address, set a hostname, and configure additional IP addresses on the network interface. Disk partitioning parameters can also be customized.
Server Management
The design of this page was carefully thought out in the previous version, so our main goal was to “do no harm.” No new controls were added, but the most important information and frequently used buttons are now displayed at the top. The traffic load graph has been improved, and the design of the server control buttons has been updated.
Server Configuration Changes
The process of changing configuration parameters is now more clear, with tooltips providing more useful details.
Server Payments
The most important new feature here is the ability to pay for any period of time, in multiples of one day. You can also pay for multiple servers at once in a single transaction. The bonus balance is now separated from the main one. All financial transactions (refunds, bonuses, etc.) are recorded in the payment history.
Support System
The design of the ticket view page has been updated: request details are always visible, and only the latest messages are displayed (with the option to load the full history if needed). You can now disable ticket notifications with a single click.
Settings
This is probably the only section of the Dashboard that became a bit more complex. To keep it easy to navigate, it has been divided into tabs:
- General — as the name suggests. Here you can also change the interface language and time zone.
- Security — add/change email addresses, enable two-factor authentication.
- Notifications — flexible settings for which events should trigger notifications and how. You can also temporarily disable all notifications with a single click without changing settings. New feature: browser push notifications are now available.
- Finance — globally enable auto-renewal for all servers, exclude specific servers from auto-renewal, set the default renewal term (1 month or 1 day), define auto-renewal policy for new orders, and set priority for servers with auto-renewal enabled.
Telegram Bot
This is something completely new for both us and our clients. The bot allows you to use your Telegram account for two-factor authentication, confirm actions such as OS installation or server cancellation, and in the future — manage servers directly.
And That’s Not All…
We tried to implement as much functionality as possible before release for several reasons, but it was impossible to do everything on time. Unfortunately, management of virtual servers on the old platform is not available yet. In the future, we’ll add an extended interface for IP monitoring, support for custom ISO images for physical servers, and much more.
Now the Best Part ;)
Together with the release of the brand-new XServer Cloud Dashboard, we also made several changes to our service terms — all in favor of our clients:
- Lower prices for virtual servers. The minimum price is now $6.75/month with 2 GB of RAM. Previously, such a configuration cost about 15% more.
- Increased maximum discount for bulk server orders. Rent 5 or more servers — get a 5% discount on subsequent orders. With 10 active servers — 10%. With 15 or more — 15%.
- More bonuses for loyal clients. For customers using our services for over a year, the bonus percentage is now higher. With every payment, part of the amount is credited to the bonus balance, which can later be used to pay for any services. The percentage depends on how long you’ve been with us. Each year adds 1%. Previously, the maximum bonus was 3%; now it’s 5%.
- Payment grace period extended. Now 7 days instead of 5.
- Server recovery after cancellation for non-payment. If a server is canceled due to missed payment, it can now be restored within 3 days. No fees are charged for the downtime.
- Odd-number IP orders. You can now order IP addresses in odd numbers. In this case, one IP will be issued without a pair, and the rest in pairs. This is convenient if you need, for example, 3 or 5 IPs — no need to overpay for an “extra” one.
