Changing the base currency to Euro

Dear customers!
We are informing you in advance about a change in our pricing and billing.
Starting July 1, 2026, the base currency will be the Euro (EUR) instead of the US Dollar (USD).Ā
What this means for you
- Your balance remains unchanged: every $1 simply becomes ā¬1.
You have until July 1, 2026, to top up your balance in the current base currency (USD), after which all funds will be converted to EUR on a one-to-one basis. - Resource prices will decrease: the cost of one CPU core for virtual servers is changing from $2.75/month to ā¬2/month.
What you need to do
Nothing! š The change will happen automatically on July 1, and everything in your account will continue to work as usual. You can keep using our services, relying on high quality and friendly support.
Important information for EU clients
We have opened a European company, XServer OĆ, on behalf of which we now serve international clients. If you are a tax resident of the European Union and pay for our services as an individual, VAT at a rate of 19% to 24% will be added to the tariffs, depending on which EU country you reside in.
European companies
Business clients with a valid VAT number in the EU can now receive invoices under the VAT reverse charge mechanism ā meaning we issue invoices with 0% of VAT, and you declare it yourself. Less paperwork and full compliance with EU regulations.
