New IPv4 subnet

New IP Address Pool
Despite the global shortage of IPv4 addresses, we have expanded our address space by 512 new addresses. Two new subnets are now available: 195.211.40.0/24 and 195.211.41.0/24.
We are also changing the IP allocation scheme – addresses are no longer issued in pairs as before, and the option for sequential assignment has been removed.
Historical Background
The shortage of IPv4 addresses arose after the global pool was exhausted in 2012, when the RIPE NCC officially announced the allocation of the last free blocks. Since then, every new subnet has become a valuable expansion of resources and a step forward in infrastructure resilience.
