What is the speed of the internet connection on your servers?
By default, the Internet connection speed on all our virtual and dedicated servers is 100Mbps with unlimited traffic. You can also increase bandwidth up to 1Gbps (shared), for an additional charge of $25/mo.

What is the location of your servers?
Virtual servers are located in four data centers: Kharkiv (Ukraine), Miami (USA), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Sofia (Bulgaria).
Please note that all IP-addresses, regardless of server location, are registered in Ukraine.

Do you have any discounts?
Yes, we offer a discount for advance payments depend on paid period:
- 3 months: 5%;
- 6 months: 10%;
- 12 months: 15%.
Also we have loyality program. If you use our services more than a year, you will get a percent of paid amount to bonus balance depend on your "age":
- 1 year: 1%;
- 2 years: 2%;
- 3 years: 3%;
- 4 years: 4%;
- 5 and more years: 5%.

Do you provide server administration?
We do not provide administration services, but the initial setup and assistance in solving any problems we do for free according the reglament.

Do you have money back?
Yes, we have full money back within 7 days after the start of using our servers, regardless of the reason for the refusal*. But we are sure that our service will satisfy all your tasks!

How many IP addresses are allocated to the server and how much costs additional IPs?
1 IP addresses is allocated free of charge.
Additional costs for $1/mo. per 1 IP.
The maximum number of additional IP addresses by location is:
Kharkiv (Ukraine) - 100 pcs.
Amsterdam (Netherlands) - 8 pcs.
Miami (USA) - 8 pcs.
Sofia (Bulgaria) - 8 pcs.

How do you provide technical support?
Technical support for critical issues is provided 24/7, in your account through the ticket system or via email. All other questions our techsupport resolves from 9am to 6pm (Europe/Kiev timezone). More details can be found at our regulations page.
